This template is for undersetting symbols in HTML, compatible with ((math)), as an alternative to \underset in LaTeX.

Syntax

The syntax is:

((underset|under|base))

where under is some character to underset centrally beneath base, and under has a font size of 70% that of base.

This template can behave poorly when combined directly with ((overset)), with symbols not aligning; use ((overunderset)) in preference.
