The snowboard events at the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games will be held on March 12, 2018 and March 16, 2018 at Bokwang Phoenix Park .
This is the first time that the discipline is officially represented at the Games. At the earlier edition of the Games, snowboarding was included with para-alpine skiing events .[1][2]
Two types of events will be present:
Disability categories are either upper body (SB-UL) or lower body (SB-LL-1 and SB-LL-2). There are ten medals people can win. They are in SBX: SB-LL1 Men, SB-LL1 Women, SB-LL2M, SB-LL2W, SB-UL Men; BSL: SB-LL1 Men, SB-LL1 Women, SB-LL2M, SB-LL2W, and SB-UL Men.[3]
