Sausage Party is a 2016 American adult 3D computer animated adventure and comedy movie. It was a spoof of both movies Finding Nemo (2003) and Finding Dory (2016).

Frank is one of the sausages who dreams of living with his hot dog bun girlfriend, Brenda. When Frank and Brenda's packages are chosen by a woman named Camille Toh to leave a supermarket called Shopwell's, a returned jar of Bickle's honey mustard unsuccessfully warns the groceries that the Great Beyond is a noble lie. Frank fails to stop Honey Mustard from committing suicide. This causes the two carts to crash each other, while Brenda, Frank and some groceries end up leaving the cart. The douche plots revenge against Frank and Brenda, after getting his nozzle bent. Teresa, a taco, falls in love with Brenda right after meeting her. Barry becomes frightened, when he discovers Camille preparing to cook the other purchased foods. Barry escapes from a window. When Frank separates from his friends, who disapprove of him being skeptical of the Great Beyond, he finds a cookbook behind the freezer section. When Frank reveals the contents for the rest of the groceries and before the humans return to the supermarket, the groceries choose to not believe Frank, despite his warning.

• Danny McBride as Honey Mustard, a jar of Bickle's Honey Mustard who is returned to one of the shelves. He warns Frank and the other products of the reality of the "Great Beyond".
• Craig Robinson as Mr. Grits, a box of grits and one of the immortal Non-Perishables.
• Paul Rudd as Darren, the manager of Shopwell's who is nicknamed the "Dark Lord" as he disposes of expired food and spilled items.
• Anders Holm as Troy, a sausage who picks on Barry.
• Nick Kroll as Douche, a literal, murderous, ruthless and figurative douche, who seeks revenge on Frank for breaking his nozzle and preventing him from reaching the "Great Beyond".^[2]
• David Krumholtz as Kareem Abdul Lavash, a Middle Eastern lavash.^[1][2]
• Edward Norton as Sammy Bagel Jr., a Jewish Woody Allen-esque bagel.^[1][2]

Additionally, Carlos Alazraqui voices a mariachi salsa and a gefilte fish, Iris Apatow voices Berry Good Candies, a grape and coconut milk, Sugar Lyn Beard voices the baby baby carrots and cookies, Charlie Schlatter voices an apple, Ticklish Licorice, relish and a bag of dog food, Dee Bradley Baker voices the Chunk Munchers Cereal, a lightbulb and an Indian chutney, Eric Bauza voices an Italian tomato and lettuce, Jess Harnell voices Queso, Will Friedle voices a beet, Grey Griffin voices a popped cherry mixer, a plum, Loretta Bun and a Frozen Fruitz bag, Lauren Miller Rogen voices Camille Toh and a tampon, Rachael MacFarlane voices Sally Bun, ice cream and a female shopper, Tara Strong voices Roberta Bun, a grape and a female shopper, Jeff Fischer voices a fat guy, a fit man, a plum and a beer keg, Chris Cox voices an Irish potato a noodle soup, Josh Keaton voices a bag of Pislitz Chips, a juice box and a Jamaican rum, Tom Kenny voices Gum, Twink, a bag of Krinkler's chips and a slice of pizza, Conrad Vernon voices a roll of toilet paper, an Adolf Hitler-esque sauerkraut, a catcall sausage, a grape, a can of beer and a bottle of pop, Eric Lopez voices and Harland Williams.

The movie was given an NC-17 rating by the MPAA due to the visibility of pubic hair. The pubic hair was then removed. The movie got an R-rating for strong crude sexual content, explicit language and drug use.

The movie was released in the United States on Friday, August 12, 2016.

Sausage Party took in $97.7 million in North America and $42.8 million in other countries. The total take-in was $140.4 million, against a budget of $19 million.

The movie has an 82% rating by Rotten Tomatoes, meaning good reviews.
