Rastede (Low German: Raastäe/Raas) is a municipality in Ammerland, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is about 12 km north of Oldenburg. It is the site of the Schloss Rastede.
The Rastede railway station is at the Oldenburg–Wilhelmshaven railway.
