Geraldine (Māori: Heratini) is a town in the Timaru District, New Zealand. It is situated 140 kilometers south of Christchurch, 51 kilometers south of Ashburton, 38 kilometers north-west of Timaru and 38 kilometers east of Fairlie on State Highway 79. It has two schools including a high school and library. From 1904 to 1989 it had a borough until it was adsorbed into the Timaru District in 1989. It is the home of musician Jordan Luck, rally driver Hayden Paddon and TVNZ broadcaster Peter Williams.
