Dmitriy Starovoitov (born April 7, 1983) is a professional entrepreneur known for his work in real estate development, information technology, and investment. He is the founder of Almal Real Estate Development, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[1]
Dmitriy Starovoitov was born on April 7, 1983. He holds a degree in Information Technology from the National Academy of Communications in Odessa.[2]
Starovoitov began his career in the real estate industry in 2004 by founding Megaline, a construction company in Ukraine. Megaline grew to become a significant player in the Ukrainian market, known for its large-scale projects like Lavina, Riviera Shopping Mall, and Blockbuster.[3][4] In 2007, he expanded the company by establishing Megaline Project and Megaline Global, which focused on project planning and international operations, respectively.[5] By 2010, Megaline had diversified with the inception of Megaline Development, concentrating on real estate development projects.[6]
In 2016, Starovoitov founded D-Group, an investment holding firm focused on development and real estate, supporting Ukraine's bid for EXPO2030.[7]
In 2023, Starovoitov established Almal Real Estate Development in Dubai, UAE. The company is known for luxury real estate projects, including Harrisoni Villas and The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and Residences.[8][9] The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and Residences, located on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, is managed by Palladium Hotel Group.[10][11]
Starovoitov is involved in philanthropy through "The Fund of Kind Hearts" (Фонд Добрых Сердец), which he founded in 2014. The foundation supports talented children from low-income families and orphanages, helping them achieve their potential.[12]
Under Starovoitov's leadership, Almal Real Estate Development has received several awards. In 2024, the company won "Private Villa of the Year" for Harrisoni Villas from The Pillars of Real Estate Awards.[13] Additionally, Almal won "Iconic Design of the Year" for The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and Residences from the UAE Realty Awards.[14][15]
Dmitriy Starovoitov has been married since 2004 and is a father of three children. He has a passion for travel and tennis.[16]
