The COVID-19 pandemic in Seychelles is part of the ongoing worldwide pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
The first two cases of COVID-19 were reported in Seychelles on 14 March 2020. The two cases were people who were in contact with someone in Italy who tested positive.[4]
On 15 March, a third case arriving from the Netherlands was confirmed.[5]
On 16 March, there are four confirmed cases. The new case also arriving from the Netherlands.[6]
