Toledo (Spaingie pronunciation: [toˈleðo]) is a Colombie municipality an toun locatit in the depairtment o Norte de Santander. It is on the border wi Boyacá an haes natural gas development in the tounship o Gibraltar. In August 2011 the Gibraltar tae Bucaramanga gas pipeline wis completit.[1]
