Ivor Novello-prisen er ein britisk musikkpris kalla opp etter skodespelaren og komponisten Ivor Novello. Prisar for låtskriving og komposisjon har blitt delte ut av British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors (BASCA) sidan 1956.[1][2]
Prisane, kjend somThe Ivors, blir delte ut i London kvart år i mai med støtte frå PRS for Music.[1]
Sjølve prisen er ein bronseslulptur av Euterpe, den greske musa for lyrikk.[2]

- I 1964 hadde John Lennon og Paul McCartney fire Ivor-nominasjonar, blant dei to nominasjonar i same kategori, og blei også gjeven ein «Special Award for Outstanding Services to British Music».[3]
- I 1976 vann Graham Gouldman og Eric Stewart frå 10cc tre prisar for «I'm Not in Love». Dei vann Most Performed British Work, Best Pop Song og International Hit of the Year.[4]
- I 2008 blei Amy Winehouse nominert til tre prisar, to av dei i same kategori (for Best Song Musically & Lyrically).[5][6]
- I 2010 blei den første Ivor Novello-prisen gjeven til lydsporet til eit dataspel Killzone 2 frå PS3. Det var komponert av Joris de Man.[7]
