Haines Mountains er ei fjellkjede av isdekte fjell i Ford Ranges i Marie Byrd Land i Antarktis. Ho strekkjer seg kring 40 km nordvest-søraust og utgjer sørvestveggen av Hammondbreen. Fjella vart oppdaga av Byrd Antarctic Expedition i 1934 og kalla opp etter William C. Haines, som var meteorolog på Byrd-ekspedisjonane i 1928–30 og 1933–35.[1]
