Meta-Wiki has a small active community. When a normal user requires the assistance of an administrator or bureaucrat for some particular task, it is not always easy to find one. This page helps users find one when they need one; asking specific admins directly via their talk pages is one way to elicit a fast response. It is only for assistance required at Meta-Wiki, help for other wikis needs to be requested at those wikis.

Custom disallow message for filter 319

I would suggest adding a custom disallow message for Special:AbuseFilter/319 because the default message doesn't make any sense, and the new message should look like this: 

((abuse filter warning
| action = disallow
| friendly = yes
| text = WikiLearn course pages may only be edited by WikiLearnBot and administrators.
))

While I think custom messages are a good idea for filters frequently hitting good faith users, I don't think it's needed for a filter with just five filter hits in more than a year. The default message already says "... A brief description of the abuse rule which your action matched is: WikiLearn pages should be edited by WikiLearnBot or admins only" and that should by sufficient in my opinion. Explanation concerning myself

This sounds terribly silly in hindsight, and I am sorry. I had an account, which is now this after I requested for its vanishing. I then realized that I had forgotten to delete to delete two user pages from the Simple English Wikipedia and Español (Spanish) Wikipedia. I created this account with the sole purpose(s) of deleting two user pages on Simple English here and Español (Spanish) here. I do not have the intention of using this new account as a sockpuppet. That is it. In hindsight, there were better things I could have done, however I could not get Discord or IRC loading up, and I could not convey as well as I did through emails. Now I have an active account that should not be active as per the fundamental basis of Wikimedia, and I feel it is important I declare the circumstances of this account.
