Proof, oikealta nimeltään DeShaun Dupree Holton, (2. lokakuuta 1973 – 11. huhtikuuta 2006) oli yhdysvaltalainen rap-artisti. Hän oli mukana perustamassa D12 -rap-yhtyettä. Proof oli Eminemin läheinen ystävä ja esiintyi myös hänen keikoillaan.[1]
Kuolema
[muokkaa | muokkaa wikitekstiä]Proof haavoittui vakavasti, kun häntä kohden ammuttiin detroitilaisessa CCC Club yökerhossa huhtikuussa 2006. Klubin ovivahti Mario Etheridge ampui Proofia kerran päähän sekä kahdesti rintakehään. [2][3][4][5][6] Proof kuoli matkalla sairaalaan.
