AfD Winning Moves[edit]

I just learned that our company page was deleted. It was created sometime in the early 2000's. It seems strange that it was deleted now. Regardless - if I'm understanding the comments correctly - the page lacked enough working references. We've had a large amount of media coverage of the years and maintain the references offline. I've asked for the page to be undeleted as a draft so I can work on it. If I am able to update the page and insert and cite sources for reference will that be satisfactory? If not, could you please explain what needs to be done to make the page comply? Thank you for your help. Joesequino (talk) 19:36, 1 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think you could go here: Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion, since it's [not] for challenging the outcome of deletion discussions other than PRODs or soft deleted AfDs. But in this case there's consensus (three editors) to delete. One place to go is Wikipedia:Deletion review, but I advice strongly against doing so, this discussion's results is clear and IMO should definitely not be overturned. I am trying to understand the situation - improve the page so it complies with acceptable guidelines - and it seems that you are saying it is not possible. This is very disappointing. IF the point is to make content that complies with the Wiki guidelines - then why will you - and Qwaiiplayer (talk) HighKing (talk) VickKiang (talk) not give me a chance to do so? If it’s your company, I advice you to start a draft first, declare if you have a WP:COI, since you said it’s our company, and go to WP:AfC. Keep in mind that there’s consensus to delete it, if you could not find reliable, secondary, independent, significant refs, it’s unlikely that the draft would be accepted. Thanks!
