With the expansion of Bānglā articles on Wikipedia, a need for a standard for spelling and transliteration is becoming obvious. Anyone interested in such a project is requested to join this project. A Wikipedia:WikiProject Bengal has been created to sort the issues involving West Bengal and the Bengali language.

  13. Time-to-time translation-to-enrich unofficial "sub-project" to improve Bangla Wikipedia
  14. Work on Hinduism in Bangladesh and related articles. Work on festivals, temples, theology, etc.
  15. Reclassify image requests at Category:Wikipedia requested photographs in Bangladesh.(done)
  16. Update census data on Upazila articles from 1991 to 2001 census. Example diff here.
