Comment:Absolutely no work done so far to translate the whole of the Italian page. Removed the "completed" setting and reverted to "1" --Campelli (talk) 23:14, 5 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Interest of the translation: There should be an English page.

Interest of the translation: emilie simon is becoming a very popular electronic musician in the states, she has already made a name for herself in europe and canada
Comment: French article is short but well-referenced. No English article appears to exist, though the earthquake is mentioned at Basel and List of earthquakes.

Interest of the translation: One of the larger known earthquakes before the 20th century, evidence of which is still seen today in Basel (cracks in walls of Basel Cathedral). Interesting bits of history and science, and lots has been written about it (2006 was the 650th anniversary of the earthquake). See this Google search for more information.

Interest of the translation: Current name of Леселидзе, which comes up in various sports articles. Леселидзе should also be cross-referenced (it appears in the English Wikipedia as both Leselidse and Leselidze). More information on the town can be found, e.g., [1]. Sometimes written as Гячрипш.
Comment: I did give it a go, but I just couldn't do it (see the talk page of the English article for my attempts), I was far too ambitious trying to do an FA with my limited Italian.

Interest of the translation: Seems like he was a really famous English mountaineer and yet the Italian wiki has a lot more on him than the English one.
Interest of the translation: The English version is very much a stub compared to the length in the Japanese version. Any information would be appreciated.

Interest of the translation:International Standard Classification of Education is a UN Programme helping to align and co-ordinate schools internationally, to make degrees more transferrable. There is also a graphic of the Austrian school system, which could be translated. Alternatively, one could be made for the US/UK, or something.
Comment:Strongly support. The article on Russian apartment bombings is dominated by the FSB conspiracy theory and this theory here clearly is given undue weight which violates Wikipedia policy.Vlad fedorov 10:21, 10 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Just translate it doesn't matter about the name.
Interest of the translation: The Russian article has a section on counterarguments to the theory of FSB involvement (a very serious allegation). I think it needs to be translated - I'd do it myself but it mentions a lot of names that I don't know how to translate.
Comment: There isn't really all that much additional info in the Dutch article. Most of it is non-encyclopedic or simply the result of Dutch wordiness. - Mgm
Comment: There has been some confusion with Suomen Neito, which currently seems to list Miss Finland titleholders, while it apparently is an entirely different contest. --Para 21:07, 6 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Interest of the translation: Rather unbelievable that this hasn't made it into the English wikipedia yet!

Interest of the translation: The user who requested the translation has a song by this band. It seems the band only has songs in the Finnish language. Maybe this is a rare thing.
