Navigational template for band. No longer serves a navigational purpose as all links it contains are either red or link to redirects to the band article. (Except for one single, but only because it's a cover, and that article doesn't use the template.) Not even used in any of the articles it links to, not even at the bottom of the eponymous article. For some reason, the template was created as a redirect to the foreign relations article of the European Union, only then to have been created as a regular foreign relations template.
