Evidence

• Same modus operandi as in Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Korea4one and Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Korea4one (2nd): trying to upsize the number of Korean native speakers without providing sources. No response to requests for sources beyond yelling on the talk page, most recently today.
