Concerning User:151.67.87.93. User:Giovanni Giove is, objectively speaking, a person with a rather fanatical POV in maters concerning the Venetian Republic. In spite of the ARBCOM restriction that was imposed upon him, he continued to make literally dozens of reverts in articles, while he was restricted to one revert per week per article, with discussion. Consequently, he was blocked twice only a couple of weeks after the ARBCOM was completed, the last block happened only recently. This also apparently did not stop him as he simply continued to use IPs (namely the blocked IP User:151.67.87.93) to continue exactly in the same way (calling himself "LEO" in a naive attempt to deceive). I've been involved with User:Giovanni Giove for some time now, so I've learned to recognize his characteristic pattern of grammatical errors.
In short, User:151.67.87.93 displays exactly the same level of POV, the same articles of interest, the same insulting manner and exactly the same pattern of spelling errors.
Concerning User:Cherso. User:Cherso appears to be an incarnation of User:Giovanni Giove's created only for the purpose of editing one controversial article (Dalmatian Italians, created amid protests by Giovanni Giove) while avoiding his restriction. This user strangely show interest only in this article, and for some reason logged in at the time of its creation. Giovanni Giove has been reported for sockpuppeteering twice already, so he is very knowledgeable in methods of removing suspicion. To this end he posted an apparent "show conversation", which he also used to insult his "enemies." Besides all this, his grammatical errors are nearly identical with those of User:151.67.87.93 and User:Giovanni Giove.

- A checkuser run a couple of days ago determined that there is/was no overlap between the IPs of Giovanni Giove (talk · contribs) and Cherso (talk · contribs), and nothing to indicate that they're even close geographically (i.e. in the same city). I know nothing about 151.67.87.93 (talk · contribs · WHOIS); it could be either Giovanni or Cherso or neither of them. – Steel 16:33, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
- I see, User:Cherso isn't a sockpuppet then (I'll remove the tags). What about User:151.67.87.93? The evidence appears significant here. 1) The IP is Giovanni, 2) exactly the same level of POV (identical views on issues), 3) same articles of interest, 4) exactly the same pattern of spelling errors. - I did not say the IP was used by Giovanni. Infact, it was not used by the account User:Giovanni Grove. All I have said is that it is possible the IP was used by the person that owns the Giovanni Grove account. - I'm really surprised that User:Giovanni Giove and User:Cherso are not the same person: both of them use letter "i" instead of "y" in some cases (this grammatic error was Giovanni's typical error for months); Both of them like to accuse their opponents in discussion for telling lies - it's not usual in Wiki, isn't it?; Cherso was logged a week ago for the first time but knowing all "problems" of his mate (?) in other articles; after first accusation for sockpuppetry Cherso started to use italic letters for his comments to distinguish himself from the other user (?); Giovanni wrote my username Zenamarth [1] while Cherso used Zenanarth [2]!? Coincidences? This is just from the first sight, I didn't get deeper into it, but similarities are surprising if Cherso is another person. Zenanarh (talk) 18:29, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Possible , based on IP evidence alone. It is impossible to draw any sort of conclusion from technical evidence alone.
