Suspected sockpuppets

ELreydeEspana is actually a expelled user from some projects, also the account was locked via steward because he commited attacks and bullying over some users (including me). He was reported twice to the administrators board ([1], [2]) for bullying issues. But he was blocked for two days before the steward lock. He maintains a "battle" in various projects (Spanish Wikipedia, Spanish Wikibooks, French Wikipedia and Italian Wikipedia), and his behaviour tends to a "Spanish supremacy above Latin Americans" with a strong and blatantly racism. Now, with Maria Tudor y Felipe II he persist with disputed edtions here but with vandalisms in other projects. Taichi (talk) 05:38, 24 December 2014 (UTC)Reply[reply]

This user started here at the English Wikipedia on the account Halias 23. I met this user at the Teahouse and helped him out as a newbie. Later he posted on six or seven pages asking for help since he had forgotten his password and started the temporary account ELreydeEspana, see this diff. The new account became his permanent and tags explaining this was put on both accounts and his history moved to the new account, leaving a redirect on the old account. On this account he made some very inappropriate edits and got into trouble. After a while I got a message that he wanted to start over on a new account MairaTudor1deInglaterra in this diff. I thought he was somehow going to declare this new account as he had done earlier, but right then I did not have the time to investigate it further. He also said that he had second thoughts about the name of the new account and wanted to change it or merge it with his other accounts, he asked at the Teahouse diff (and my talk page diff) about how this could be done. Instead he apparently just created a new account Maria Tudor y Felipe II. I know nothing about the IPs. Recently I got a message from an IP that the user is now leaving the Wikipedia diff. - w.carter-Talk 08:54, 26 December 2014 (UTC)Reply[reply]

 Clerk note: With the exception of Halias 23, all of the named accounts have been globally locked, so there's nothing to do with them. I've indeffed Halias 23 (there's been some sort of redirect to the master's page and the account has no edits since late November, but it doesn't look like an actual rename to me). I haven't bothered notifying them or tagging them. The first IP has only one edit. The next two have no edits (why are they listed?). The accusation is quite simple: that this 'new' contributor has made the same edits to the German Guatemalan article as ELreydeEspana, adding the same supposed population numbers as ELreydeEspana, and again, as per ELreydeEspana citing sources which simply do not contain the numbers they are supposedly being cited for. And like ELreydeEspana's previous socks, now protesting at the subsequent SPI that they are someone else entirely. This will no doubt continue until the evidence proves conclusive (which it will) at which point they will begin throwing around insults in Spanish. It is self-evident that this is ElReydeEspana, since he/she is once again citing exactly the same source for demographic details that ElReydeEspana (and numerous subsequent socks) did - a source which contains no such numbers. [6][7] Nobody in their right mind is going to believe that two different people should independently misrepresent the same source in the same way. First the concentration on Latin American countries and in particular European immigrants to those countries. Second the giving or changing of numbers without the sources to back them (sources may be given but do not contain those numbers). I'm not completely sure how to show the diffs but the addition done on this edit [19] Comes with citations that do not support the evidence given, notably the US Embassy source (footnote 10) gives no figures for US residents in Guatemala, the German source (fn 11) says only > 4,000 (he put down 5,000), the Spanish source (fn 12) again contains no figures, .... Yup - typical ELreydeEspana sock. Obsessed with adding bogus numbers to articles covering European migration to Latin America, poor grasp of English, deletes reports of his behaviour, etc, etc etc. I expect he abandoned the account as soon as the socking was reported, and started another. At some point, someone is going to have to systematically go through his edits, and revert the lot - he simply can't be trusted to report anything accurately, unless he copy-pasted it... Personal attack diff

Even admits it here I can get over the Linda Fletcher user, however Arthur Colignon proof is below.

First thing that stands out is the fact that both users (Arthur and Qtwe) have an interest in White Latin Americans. After checking the history, I came across the fact that after Iryna Harper reverts an edit by Arthur (diff), Qtwe reverts to an earlier version by @EdJohnston:, saying in his edit summary 'Ok, Sorry, I put the version of Edjonson, is most better'.

Yes, I am another puppet, if you want to Block, I will not care, I care more that this user stop placing edits to their liking, the discussion with Iryna already was finished nicely, further proof that Mr. bleckter hiding evidence, on the page Peruvians White, I added a more reliable reference, the reference placed by Mr. bleckter was this, I put this other, Wikipedia need serious sources not simple web pages, and speaking of sources, this sources that Mr. bleckter place are useful for Wikipedia?. And finally, in the page White Hondurans, I made a redirrecion, because the only source of the page was a primary source, something that has to be eradicated in wikipedia, also this was already being discussed. Accounts already blocked. I was led this way by a comment by Bleckter, who was blocked after being incriminated by Bleckter23 here. Turns out that 23 is a number used earlier by ELrey, that they edit from Guatamala (Bleckter is in Mexico), and that they keep being drawn to the same articles, like the shit pile draws a fly, making the same edits. Note also the "Reyes" link to ELrey. No CU necessary here; old data is stale anyway, unless you want to take Bleckter23's measure right now, for future reference.
