Evidence:
Checkuser results are already posted at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#User Consiliul use of internal links; the match is technically possible but I believe the behavioural evidence presented above is conclusive. Psychonaut (talk) 10:46, 18 July 2013 (UTC)

I think the evidence is pretty convincing that the three accounts belong to the same person. However, it seems to me that creating a new account after having the old one(s) blocked is part of the general lack of WP:COMPETENCE regarding Wikipedia rules (of this editor), rather than something obviously malicious. Neither of his old accounts have received any sort of explanation for the block(s) on their talk pages [5] [6]. Someone not using his real name (talk) 17:57, 18 July 2013 (UTC)
These IP accounts' only actions have been to edit articles of interest to the previous proven sockpuppets (Mihaela Rădulescu and Delia Matache), and particularly to insert copyright-infringing photos of these two celebrities recently uploaded to Commons by the proven sockpuppet User:Mateescu. The IPv6 accounts are also in the same range as another IPv6 sock, 2A02:2F0E:D01F:FFFF:0:0:4F74:C24E (talk · contribs · WHOIS), which was blocked last month. A range block will probably be necessary to prevent further block evasion. They are also active on the Romanian and Armenian wikis. —Psychonaut (talk) 12:56, 23 August 2013 (UTC)
There are more sockpuppet accounts on Commons (Commons:User:Maria Streza and Commons:User:Roberta Place) which are being used to upload the images for the IP accounts to link here. —Psychonaut (talk) 07:06, 24 August 2013 (UTC)

This account is attempting to make the same promotional and copyright-infringing edit as a previous sock: compare [7] with [8]. Psychonaut (talk) 14:39, 3 September 2013 (UTC)

This latest sockpuppet is engaging in the same behaviour—i.e., uploading copyright-infringing photos of his favourite Romanian celebrities to Commons and then adding them (along with unencyclopedic promotional language) to Wikipedia articles. This sockpuppet account was confirmed by checkuser on Commons: Commons:Commons:Requests for checkuser/Case/Beleiutz. It is inactive on English Wikipedia but I'm reporting it here for record-keeping purposes. Psychonaut (talk) 11:56, 16 October 2013 (UTC)

Beleiutz has returned with this account, which is making the same promotional, copyright-violating edits as before: compare [9] and [10] He is also using User:Mirciulescu, a confirmed sock which is blocked here but not on Commons, to upload copyright-infringing images to Commons, and then using the User:Andy Kisss account to insert them into articles here [11].
He's also making anonymous IP edits from the same range as before, as evidenced by [12], [13], and [14]. Psychonaut (talk) 23:42, 28 December 2013 (UTC)

This fresh account is making the same sort of promotional, copyright-violating edits to Delia Matache [15] and other Romanian celebrities. The corresponding account on Commons is uploading the same copyright-infringing photos as previous socks. Psychonaut (talk) 21:06, 16 January 2014 (UTC)

Looks like a duck to me, for several reasons. Blocked and tagged. JamesBWatson (talk) 09:51, 17 January 2014 (UTC)
He's back using this account to upload the exact same copyright-infringing images on Commons. The account isn't (yet) active here but is on the Romanian Wikipedia. Psychonaut (talk) 09:42, 18 January 2014 (UTC)

This account is a fresh sockpuppet as evidenced by its contributions on Romanian Wikipedia. (See in particular the pattern of sockpuppet edits at https://ro.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Jorge&action=history.) There are a couple other fresh socks there and on Commons today (see Commons:Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/User problems#More Beleiutz socks) but so far this is the only one which exists on the English Wikipedia. Another sockpuppet making the same edits as the previous three at ro:Jorge (see ro:Special:Contribuții/Mihai Stetcu); this one is also editing a Paula Seling-related article here on English Wikipedia. Psychonaut (talk) 19:07, 31 January 2014 (UTC)

Serial copyright violator Beleiutz is back as Vlad 22222 (talk · contribs). That account's been uploading photos of his favourite Romanian celebrities on Commons. Beleiutz then uses Vlad 22222 or various IP accounts to add these images to English and Romanian Wikipedia articles. The images are sourced to a Picasa web album which is probably being used for licence washing. Psychonaut (talk) 22:50, 9 February 2014 (UTC)

This account is restoring Beleiutz's deleted contributions [16] [17], at least some of which are copyvios (e.g., from [18]) and is continuing to talk to User:Nyttend about contributing Romanian celebrity images (compare [19] with [20]). Psychonaut (talk) 21:34, 12 February 2014 (UTC)

This account uploaded to Commons File:Jorge poza.jpg, an image which Beleiutz has often tried to contribute there and which this time is sourced to a Flickr licence-washing account operated by "Vlad Beleiu" [21]. Another sockpuppet of his on Romanian Wikipedia (an IPv6 account from the usual range) is trying to get a user there to add it to an article on his behalf [22]. The Antena 1 is blocked as a Beleiutz sock on Romanian Wikipedia, and also exists on English Wikipedia; it isn't active here (yet) but I thought it safest to report it now. Another obvious sock of Beleiutz, though this time editing from a mobile device. Just like Beleiutz, he claims to be Paula Seling's manager (compare [23] with [24][25][26][27][28][29][30][31]). He also claims to be working with the Romanian government [32]; past Beleiutz socks have claimed to represent Disney, Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, etc. Like Beleiutz he uploads copyright-infringing images to Commons and then persistently tries to insert them into Paula Seling-related articles (see the entirety of Commons:Special:Contributions/Artforlive and Special:Contributions/Artforlive). And again, the only interactions with other users (usually via edit summaries) are to insist that the copyvios not be removed because they're vitally important to some ongoing publicity work. Same as usual: uploading copyright-infringing photos of his favourite Romanian celebrities (e.g., Delia Matache) to Commons, and then inserting them in articles on the English, Romanian, and other Wikipedias. Psychonaut (talk) 11:34, 28 June 2014 (UTC)

This new account's behaviour is consistent with that of Beleiutz. It is focused on adding information about Alina Eremia and Mihaela Rădulescu (see entirety of the contribution history today), which are favourite articles of Beleiutz (see e.g., [33] [34] [35] [36] [37] [38] [39] and dozens of similar edits with about a half-dozen other socks). The edit summaries feature Beleiutz's characteristic mangling of English (e.g., "adding informations"). Psychonaut (talk) 15:24, 15 September 2014 (UTC)

Mihaela Radulescu official has been blocked on username grounds only. They have requested (over e-mail) an unblock&rename, which seems pretty standard and appropriate.
However, in checking SULs, I noticed they were blocked on Commons. I went over there and noticed they were blocked for potential socking. The Commons blocking admin told me the account was a suspected sockpuppet of Beleiutz. If that is the case, then an unblock&rename is ot an option and the account should be reblocked as a sock. ☺ · Salvidrim! · ✉ 18:00, 18 January 2015 (UTC)
