Issues to be mediated

Primary issues (added by the filing party)
  1. This material On 29 October 2015, a video filmed by Yazan Ikhlayel (17) of the Aida Refugee Camp captured an address made from an Israeli military vehicle during a raid into the camp. The speech warned residents that, if they did not desist from stone throwing they would be gassed to death - children, youths and the aged. Referring apparently to the arrest of Qassan Abu Aker, the speaker added that one of the arrested would be killed as the residents looked on if the throwing did not stop. The officer was later suspended from duty.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Gas Video There was brief discussion here. However, attempts to place the material were consistently reverted. The material relates to a fact regarding threats against Palestinian stone throwers, which is the topic of the article, and which is well documented

The reverts were on various grounds including WP:RECENTISM and WP:RS exceptional claims require exceptional sources, and WP:NOCONSENSUS, However others have argued that this material is related to the article, and is reliably sourced. There appear to be two editors supporting its retention, and three arguing for its removal. I am in favour of keeping it.
