He has a vested interest in his position as he is a leader of the advocacy group Advocates for Children in Therapy (ACT) and he wants all mention of that group deleted from the Candace Newmaker article. He is author of the book used as a reference on that page. His work as an advocate for ACT has led him to have a seeming vendetta against certain therapy methods.
