Sifarat[edit]

Both suspected puppets have very similar user names. According to the contribs of all three user names ( see the following contribs of Sifarat User411 User723 (including the puppet master)), they are editing the same articles in the same manner. User names seem to edit the article(s) for promotional purposes. User Doe ☻T ☼C 23:14, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Don't you need diffs and links to supporting discussions? --EoL talk 00:31, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • If I would have to use all the diffs from all three users, that would be a whole lot of stuff. I can pick examples...but they are just examples. So I just added links to all of their contribs. But ok, I'll pick a few examples (but please see their contribs as well). Example for Sifarat diff Example for User411 see the yellow diff....user started that page (and has made further edits to it) Example for User723 see yellow diff...user started that page. All three seem to promote e-sifarat.com and Freightquote.com. Their behavior is very similar and both puppets have similar names. The puppet master even indicates that he's connected to e-sifarat.com (with his user name). The puppet master's user name would even qualify to be reported to UAA. But firstly I want to make sure if he's really conncected to all of them. User Doe ☻T ☼C 01:44, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
no Unnecessary - One of the socks has been sleeping for three months, the second didn't team up with the first - it only created one article which nobody else edited (which btw, I have just deleted). Ping me again if they start firing up again. Blnguyen (bananabucket) 02:12, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Clerk note: I hard-username blocked Sifarat (talk · contribs) indefinitely because the account and the related IP address were just using Wikipedia to advertise e-sifarat.com. See Wikipedia:WikiProject Spam/LinkReports/e-sifarat.com, as well. Nishkid64 (talk) 02:18, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
