The user did some trolling on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, Wikipedia talk:Image use policy and Wikipedia:Help desk. Did try to harass me while accusing me of harrasment. Now it seems that he uses an anonymous IP warned repeatedly for disruptive editing, which uses to push his agenda of promoting nearly non-notable private universities of Bangladesh and make more disruptive editing while keeping the registered account for more decent edits. His explanation of the situation seems entirely lame and inadequate (see: User talk:Neil/Archive 14#IP address). There maybe other IPs used by him. And, he seems to be a real pain for image guards.
