Code letter: Sort of F

This is tangent to a investigation at Wikisource. Modemac confirmed he is the same person at both places before I started to look into his complaint over there. What I discovered there combined with the situation here at Wikipedia regarding Eep² brought me to make this request.

Eep² is a user who is banned on Wikipedia. Prior to that ban, he registered at en.Wikisource and his first edit was creating his user page to redirect to his en.WP user page. Today Modemac registered at en.WS and his first edit redirected his Wikisource page to User:Eep², and then quickly corrected it to "Modemac". I realize Modemac is an admin and predates the other account, but the these editor's have similar interests and edit in opposition. I do realize there is a slight chance evidence will turn out inconclusive and in that case I would feel horrible for putting Moremac up here without being able to clear his name.
