 Likely Currently available technical evidence indicates that while these two users may be using different browsers, they are sharing IPs which no other users share. It is more than just the same network. The two of you share IPs that no one else does. You basically have to be plugged into the same modem/router for that to occur, which is why meatpuppetry, at the least, is a concern. -- Avi (talk) 17:39, 29 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
