As recently noted in a checkuser filed by Azukimonaka, these two accounts pick up the slack for each other.[1] I recently blocked DDRG for edit warring on Asahi Shimbun.[2] Azukimonaka's edits during the block[3] would be block evasion if they are the same user. ··coel acan 09:15, 2 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Possible; they have very similar patterns of dynamic DNS usage in the same country, but each has been on dozens of different IPs and they've not overlapped on any of them. --jpgordon^∇∆∇∆ 19:03, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
