I am formally requesting a checkip on formerly-blocked 151.118.128.232 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log), who appears to be creating sockpuppets to spam entries related to Daybreak Community.
