I find it very confusing that a user page redirects to an article. Is this allowed? Stefan2 (talk) 20:07, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Minor petty-dwarfs not mentioned in target; unless good sourcing can be found to indicate significance of these, I don't think this level of detail is within the scope of the target article (which rightfully limits the space given to the petty dwarves, who are less significant). The disambiguation page Ticoş consisted of a single entry, so I redirected it to its article, which means this redirect has no purpose. Clarityfiend (talk) 06:44, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Clarityfiend: Wouldn't it be best to restore the DAB at Ticoş and add the entries you found there? CycloneYoris talk! 08:32, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@CycloneYoris: Only one entry has an ş. There's also Ticos, which redirects to Costa Ricans. Clarityfiend (talk) 21:50, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Clarityfiend: Oh, right! I thought Ticoș River also had an ş, but apparently it's a completely different letter. CycloneYoris talk! 08:43, 26 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, but this redirect is the result of a move, so should be kept. Mdewman6 (talk) 23:23, 26 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I was not the original author of the article. I was the one who moved it to its current title. CentreLeftRight 03:16, 27 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
