• The photograph appears to have been taken by a commercial portrait photographer. Indeed, we are told: "Photo of Thakur Dalip Singh was taken in Ram Studio while he was 30years old, when he was on trip to london with H.H. Satguru Jagjit Singh JI". We're also told by the uploader Ranjeetsi "I created this work entirely by myself" (on 1 January 1983). If I understand this correctly, Ranjeetsi was working as a portrait photographer in 1983; in 2008 created an article about the person he/she had photographed (rather too directly from www.thakurdalipsingh.com/biography.htm, all of whose rights were reserved), and a year later re-created the article and uploaded the photograph. I'd like to AGF, but the coincidences here are remarkable. I venture to suggest that the person who claims "I created this work entirely by myself" might not have done so. -- Hoary (talk) 08:13, 12 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
