User:Kaliamboslef[edit]

In late 2010 this user made determined attempts to use Wikipedia to publish his original research. His first two articles were deleted at AfD (1, 2), but he persisted despite warnings and was eventually blocked. However his user page is still being edited by an IP and is being used, among other things, to link to his OR papers. This is "substantial content... that is unrelated to Wikipedia" contrary to WP:UPNOT - Wikipedia is not here to provide a platform for his CV, his poetry or his original research.
