The result of the discussion was delete. WP:UP#COPIES: Userspace is not a free web host and should not be used to indefinitely host pages that look like articles, old revisions, or deleted content, or your preferred version of disputed content. JohnCD (talk) 13:17, 15 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This is a WP:FAKEARTICLE, that reproduces the article Czechia - the name dispute that was deleted as a POV-fork last September. It remains a POV-fork (and part of a POV-pushing campaign) and will never be suited for restoration to articlespace (Name of the Czech Republic being the correct article), and is therefore not appropriate as a userspace draft. @The Bushranger: The content of my userpage is my business. You are obsessed here in deletion everything, what contents informal name of my country. Absurd. It is fascist censorship.Askave (talk) 04:49, 8 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- The content of your userpage is the Wikimedia Foundation's business, not yours, and making a copy of a deleted article that has no chance of being a viable draft is against policy - and can also be considered a copyright violation as there is no attribution of the content that was added to the article, which is required by Wikipedia's licensing requirements. Also please do not make personal attacks. - The Bushranger One ping only 05:13, 8 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Save Yes, why you would need to look into the history of editing (copyright violation) ? It was me, because I installed the article here for the first time. And, I can copy from external sources with the permit of the author, which was done. The fact the article has not chance to be pubslished here is the expression of POV from the opponents of the correct informal name of the Czech Republic. In addition, it is an article about dispute, which is naturally always conflict, it has naturally to content POV's and that way is also presented with comparison of controversial opinions. The aim to delete that article was momotivated only from above mentioned reasons: to prevent the spread of the true facts. They are several pages in Wikipedia about names disputes (Macedonia etc.), why just an article about disputing the name Czechia should be completely erased despite many facts, that can improve the knowledge of people about the problem, that has been existing in my country for 20 years ? Why ? Askave Askave (talk) 06:20, 8 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Other editors edited the original article, which you then pasted into your userpage. By Wikipedia's Terms of Service, that makes it a copyright violation, as those editors' contributions cannot be attributed - and they must be attributed. The "Czechia" name dispute has an article - Name of the Czech Republic. And, by your own admission here, it's a WP:FAKEARTICLE that is attempting to end-around the AfD result. - The Bushranger One ping only 06:49, 8 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete - Copyvio; appears the page was also transcluded onto other userpages, which are connected to an SPI. NFLisAwesome 16:17, 10 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
