Portal:Technology in Pakistan[edit]

An oddly narrow (technology in a single country) yet oddly broad (all technology?) topic for a portal. Readers are shown the same photo and caption of the same scientist twice. Page is pretty bare bones, focused on this one scientist. Does not meet WP:POG as not likely to attract many readers or editors. Dates from 2016 and is the only Technology of X country portal I've found. The creator was blocked indefinitely soon after starting this for copyvio User_talk:Pakelectrical#May_2016_2 and since portals are not routinely checked for copyvio, I have no confidence this is copyvio free. Delete - As Legacypac says, the creator of this portal has been blocked, not just for copyvio but as a competence block.
