Delete - Concur with nominator. This portal has average 11 daily pageviews, as opposed to average 946 daily pageviews for the article. The author of this portal has been indefinitely blocked. (Not obvious what for, probably edit-warring. It doesn't matter.) This portal may have been a hobby for its originator; we don't need a portal that is a hobby for a banned user.
