• Comment it already was deleted by G13, and then restored on request by user:Bienvenido Bones Banez, Jr. at WP:REFUND. Normally a refund request for a g13 will be honoured, unless another speedy delete reason applies. I think that the draft should get another chance for improvement before G13 strikes again.
