This non-free image is being used in two articles, True Colors (Amphibia) and Anne Boonchuy. The use in the Anne Boonchuy article is justified, but there is no need for it in the True Colors article which can just reference the Anne Boonchuy article. It's use in Tru Colors does not meet WP:NFCC#8. Recommend Keeping the image for Anne Boonchuy, and remove from True Colors. Whpq (talk) 00:58, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Replace with File:Amphibia True Colors titlecard.webp on True Colors (Amphibia) due to failing to meet WP:NFCC#8. Keep on Anne Boonchuy. 107.134.86.17 (talk) 02:11, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The articles of the Gravity Falls episodes also uses non-Title care images, like Dreamscaperers where it has a image of Bill Cipher, so I don't see the point of removing File:AnneBoonchuyBlueGemForm.webp from True Colors (Amphibia). Bmona12 (talk) 02:35, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
That's because, unlike Amphibia episodes and most episodes of The Owl House, Gravity Falls does not use title cards. I'm guessing that if Gravity Falls used title cards, those would have been used instead of a still from the episode itself. 107.134.86.17 (talk) 03:57, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The "fangs" at the top of the cover art appear to be simple shapes, which cannot be protected by copyright in the United States due to not reaching the required threshold of originality. This file's license should therefore be changed to ((PD-textlogo)) and ((PD-USonly)). 107.134.86.17 (talk) 02:14, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

A sample lasting twelve seconds especially to comply with MOS:SAMPLE's ten-percent limit is hard to contextually execute in order to help readers understand the whole song. Furthermore, hearing just the chorus/refrain isn't likely helping much. Increasing to fifteen seconds won't help much either. Moreover, the song has two versions by the same band, yet I'm unsure whether more text is necessary to justify using the sample that may not have enough context. More likely fails WP:NFCC#8. The first time I nominated the Dutch cover art last year was primarily based on the assumption that the cover art of and infobox about the 3T version should be part of the top of the article "I Need You (Eric Carmen song)", but it was challenged by the uploader, leading to "no consensus".

This time, I won't challenge (the necessity of) the infobox about the Euclid Beach Band version, but I still don't think a cover art to illustrate a less successful version is necessary. If omitting the cover art won't affect such understanding of the whole song, then the Dutch cover art would fail WP:NFCC#8.

I bet the same can be said about any other edition of the unsuccessful Euclid Beach Band version, one of which I intended to use unless otherwise. George Ho (talk) 06:42, 20 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If I'm not mistaken the bottle was manufactured in Indonesia or Malaysia back in the 70s or 80s. I'm inclined to say that it's not under copyright, but as I no longer have access to the bottle, I can't say for sure. Waitak (talk) 01:57, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If displaying just one release is sufficient per WP:NFCC#3a, then this Italian release shall go. Thus, the other image I uploaded, File:Oh Carol by Neil Sedaka US vinyl side-A.png, shall be the lead image of Oh! Carol instead. George Ho (talk) 20:37, 20 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
