A non-free screenshot of a website that no longer exists. The subject of the image has no parent article covering it, it's only part of a long list of groups, with the entry mentioning this group a grand total of one sentence. The fair use rationale states "To identify the subject of the article through their logo on their website", but the group in question isn't the subject of the article, it's just one in a very long list. • Delete. I don't see where it is being used for "identification and critical commentary relating to the website in question" as required . I also don't see why it is being used in List of warez groups; it's the only image in the entire long list article and the other 31 groups in that list article do not have any images, much less screenshots. The rationale that the screenshot is being used "To identify the subject of the article through their logo on their website" in false because Phrozen Crew is not the subject of the article and in fact there are only 22 words of text about Phrozen Crew in the entire 3,700-word article. • Keep in "Ooh La La": I have moved the sample into the body and added a description of the composition. The sound of the "clattering" keyboard in the song is hard to describe using words alone, so I think the sample would help readers understand what it sounds like. Its use in the album's article is marginal, as the many people know what electric guitars sound like.
