Subject died about ten days ago, so far too soon to justify a claim of fair use as irreplaceable. For instance, there exists a YouTube channel chock full of CC-licensed videos related to the Alaska Legislature during Westlake's cup of coffee on the body. I seriously doubt that source has been thoroughly exhausted (I should know, I was slowly working through it when I had the time to do so, see my Commons uploads for examples). • Comment added a fair-use rationale, and re-added image to article. Apparently back in April someone attempted to replace it with an "updated" PNG logo from Commons which was subsequently deleted. It appears their slogan changed from ASIAN DONE A BETTER WAY™ to simply ASIAN KITCHEN™, but otherwise this appears to still be their logo (see [1] (archive: [2]) for a current specimen (as of May 2022) in the wild which seems to be a vertical/reverse variant, but looks to be the same symbol/fonts). —Locke Cole • t • c 16:28, 31 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
