While the linked blog is indeed licensed Creative Commons, it contains various photos of Aaron Peña which he couldn't have taken himself as well as an illustration of horses which he probably didn't create himself. — Alexis Jazz (talk or ping me) 10:34, 23 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Uploader is asserting they are the copyright holder for this publicity photo. The photo has been used here, and also is the subject's LinkedIn profile image. The EXIF indicates this image is from Facebook related site. OTRS confirmation of copyright would be needed. Whpq (talk) 12:28, 23 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The source for this file is given as blakmusic.fr. I don't think this is a reliable source, it has a leak preview page which looks very unprofessional. A reverse image search does not turn up any primary source connected to the Weeknd or XO. NØ 15:20, 23 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Probably copyright-violating (derivative?) work. Compare for example with this image from five years ago. HyperGaruda (talk) 19:43, 23 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Part of previous FFD discussion that was closed in a procedural way due to my not stating which part of NFCC it violates. I'm re-nominating this individual image this time, saying that it fails both WP:NFCC#3a and WP:NFCC#8. The live version release charted more successfully, while the original studio version either was not listed in charts or didn't perform well. I think the song article would do fine without this 1975 sleeve. George Ho (talk) 22:30, 23 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
