The file is a sticker by the Communist Youth Federation of Spain protesting against the 1980 Summer Olympics boycott. However, this fair-use file only serves as a non-essential illustration, and its content can be described in text or just being skipped. The file is a promotional sticker of the Communist Youth Federation of Spain. However, the usage of the file has little contextual significance (for example, a fair use of the organization's logo will have better contextual significance). • Keep - we have no good file for the FJCE logo in isolation, cropping the logo from this image won't look good considering size and colour. This sticker, presumably printed in the late 1970s by an organization later going defunct, can hardly be considered promotional. But it has value as illustration of the graphic language used by this group in the context of the Spanish transition to democracy. --Soman (talk) 11:16, 24 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
