• Keep The image seems quite good at illustrating the topic of shore leave; the main characters and their close interaction; the unusual appearance of a Ferengi; the distinctive appearance of Picard; &c. Prior knowledge of such things cannot be assumed as the reader may have zero knowledge of Star Trek and its features (I have a friend like that - he's never seen a James Bond movie, for example). As the article stands by itself, it is appropriate to illustrate such prominent features which appear in the episode and so WP:NFCC#8 is satisfied. The only issue is whether there's a better image. If you Google for images of "Captain's Holiday", Google readily provides a good selection of still images.
