From WP:NFCC#3: "Multiple items of non-free content are not used if one item can convey equivalent significant information." In this case, however, the significant information in question is not in fact equivalent. That's what I was referring to (although you are correct that WP:NFCC#8 is also relevant here). • Delete: This image violates NFCC 1, 3, 3 again, and 8. It has no contextual significance, it is not even used in the discussion of Windows Movie Maker 2009, words alone (not to mention File:Windows Live Movie Maker.png) can perfectly replace its purpose and it shows sample images of Windows 7 which are copyright-protected, but can do very without them or with free replacements.
