Seeing as though Brimley is still alive, it is still possible for a Creative Commons photograph of him to be created, so this file fails to meet WP:NFCC #1. CtP (t • c) 01:35, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

((di-no fair use rationale|date=22 February 2013))
The result of the discussion was: deleted. The image fails on a number of levels, not the least of which is #8 - "Non-free content is used only if its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding." Not seeing this particular photo of some guys holding up some signs does not detract from my understanding of the topic. --B (talk) 05:46, 7 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Image from stream that does provide commentary, but on the subject and not the image. This image is substitutable: I'm sure there were pictures taken of it at the event that could be released, and there have been numerous instances of fan support for LAN. Hence, I'm fairly confident that this violates fair use policy. NativeForeigner Talk 19:37, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
