I'm not convinced that this really is replaceable: Looking at Commons:Template:PD-RO-photo, it seems that more or less any photo published during the lifetime of the person is in the public domain in the United States, as long as the photo was first published in Romania. Unfortunately, the date of first publication isn't known, so it isn't possible to tell whether this photo was published during the lifetime of the person or not. After looking on Commons, I see that all Romanian postage stamps are public domain [1]. I've found an image of a Romanian postage stamp issued in his honour in 2003 and have uploaded it to Commons as File:Tudor Ciortea stamp.jpg. I understand the need for deletion. However, I used the general layout of the Marceline the Vampire Queen article as a template, and that page provided concept artwork of the character in the article's "Appearances" section, which is what gave me the idea to add concept artwork to this page as well. I was using it to illustrate the production aspect of how her character is drawn, as the image is a rough animatic, which is described in the article. I would argue it doesn't violates WP:NFCC per say, because on its own, a reader probably doesn't understand just the basic text description as described in the production section.--Gen.
