Comment @Marcocapelle, But even if the films have nothing in common in the they follow the general consensus of sharing a common setting theme of being fictious because of that they do not take place in a real location. using a fictional location can sometimes be used a plot device for some films. Such as being in a fictional city can implement Sci-fi elements into a story. And it has room to grow as the colonel sanders has been feture on episodes of anime shows like Hayate no Gotoku, Dragonball z, Project A-Ko and Slayers.Link. He has also appeared in an episode of general hospital.Link. And it has plenty of potenial for growth.
