Operator: §hep¡Talk to me!

Automatic or Manually Assisted: Automatic

Programming Language(s): AWB

Function Summary: Scan location-based categories and tag articles without coordinates as needing them.

Edit period(s): Until all location articles on Wikipedia are tagged as needing coordinates or they all have them, not continuous, batch runs of a few 100 or edits a week.

Already has a bot flag: Y

Function Details: I will scan location-based categories ie Category:Landmarks in Ohio, from that list I will scan the article for coordinates; either in an infoboxe or templates such as ((coord)). If the article lacks coordinates it will be tagged with ((coord missing|Subdivision)) ie ((coord missing|Ohio)). I would also like to be able to run with the "General Fixes" turned on, but not spell-check. If the article contains coordinates do nothing. Diffs 1, 2, 3. To ensure no double tagging, the page will be skipped if it contains ((coord missing.
