Function details: As detailed in Task 31, MOS:NUMBERSIGN say that when abbreviating "number" the shorthand No. should be used and not #. Within sports templates, the bot will change No. and # into ((abbr|No.|Number)). For the "initial run" the bot will focus on templates transcluding ((CBB Standings Entry)) (basketball) and ((CBSB Standings Entry)) (baseball), but the future/quarterly runs will also include the original ((CFB Standings Entry)) (football) to catch that year's standings.
