I've verified that this organisation does exist,[1] but this article is almost the only mention I can find on Google outside Wikipedia mirrors, other than this blog post:[2]. There just isn't the coverage we need to write an encyclopedia artice. Someone might be able to work wonders with a non-English search, but I doubt it.
