So basically it's an empty patch of desert outside Hobyo, no evidence of anything other than clear copying of this article. Whoever filled out some of these Geonames places in Somalia was either randomly naming tents or looking at some lost gazetteer of incredible inaccuracy. Most of these were put in by one person, and they illustrate the problems with simply dumping in gazetteers in these third world areas. In some of them the central government keeps good censuses and the like which allow verification besides plugging the coords in and seeing if anything turns up on the map, but Somalia is not that sort of place, and wherever the feds who load the data in Geonames are getting it from, it is full of spots that just don't check out. There are, perhaps, a lot of villages in Somalia which could have articles, but dots on maps with names next to them just are not good enough as evidence.
