It's hard to see what this is doing in an encyclopedia. The first 100 Google results do not reveal this to be a common Muslim phrase, or any kind of Muslim phrase at all. It's difficult to see what the article is trying to say about the phrase--it's used by Muslims? by Israelis? by women even though "more" men are killed? killed by whom?
